Norge Sauna – Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Norge, we take great care to ensure your sauna arrives safely, is installed correctly, and becomes a true sanctuary in your home.
Dispatch & Delivery
All Norge units are dispatched through trusted third-party white-glove delivery and installation partners. This means your sauna will be professionally delivered and installed with attention to detail and respect for your space.
Once your payment is received and processed, we’ll coordinate with you to schedule your delivery and installation at a time that suits you. Please note: delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, product availability, and installation requirements.
Receiving Your Sauna
When your sauna is delivered and installed, you or an authorised adult must be present to inspect and sign for the unit. Please check that your sauna has arrived in good condition and matches your order before signing.
Once you sign for your unit, you acknowledge that it was received in acceptable condition. After this point, any return must meet the requirements of our Returns & Refund Policy.
30-Day Money-Back Period
We want you to love your Norge experience. If you change your mind for any reason, you may return your sauna within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. This applies to all customers, including those within the European Union.
All return requests must follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
