One practice. Everything it needs.
At the centre, heat and cold: one sauna and one ice bath, made properly. Choose the heat, choose the cold, or take both, and put them where you will pass them most mornings. Prefer to lie flat? The N-01 is the lie-down ice bath. Already have a tub? The N-03 chiller turns it into an ice bath. For a dedicated room, a full-body red light bed and two hyperbaric chambers.

The research
What studies have looked at, how strong the evidence is, and where it stops. None of this is medical advice, and none of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Heat
Sauna bathing is one of the most studied heat practices. A long-running Finnish study of more than 2,000 men found that those who used a sauna more often had lower rates of heart-related death over about 20 years. That is an association from an observational study; controlled trials of regular sauna use are still mostly small.

Cold
Cold water immersion has been studied mostly in athletes. A Cochrane review of small trials found some evidence of less muscle soreness in the days after exercise, though the trials were low quality. Studies have also found that an ice bath straight after every strength session may reduce strength gains, so timing matters.

Light
Red and near infrared light has been studied for skin and for exercise. A randomised trial using full-body light units found improvements in measured skin roughness and collagen density after 30 sessions. For exercise, results are mixed: most positive studies used small devices on single muscles, and the few studies of whole-body beds have not found clear performance or recovery effects.

Pressure
Hyperbaric oxygen is an established hospital treatment for a small set of medical conditions, prescribed and supervised by doctors. Research on chambers used at home for recovery is early: a Cochrane review found insufficient evidence for muscle soreness, and studies of lower pressures are few and small. We describe our chambers by what they do, pressure and oxygen, rather than by health outcomes.

Talk to your doctor before starting any of these, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart or lung condition, high blood pressure, a history of pneumothorax or an implanted device. Enter cold water slowly, never alone, and not after alcohol.

If you lift, leave the ice bath for later on strength days. The research above explains why.
One session
Heat first, then cold, then light, then rest. One way to put the range together in a single evening.

Commercial
Fitting out more than one? Xavi looks after commercial, trade and custom enquiries.
Norge is already in use at Soul 365 Gym in Adelaide's CBD and at Fitness Warehouse.
Each hyperbaric chamber runs from its own standard outlet. Several red light beds need the switchboard sized for all of them at full output.
The red light bed has a commercial mode for fast turnaround between clients.
Delivery, placement and commissioning by Norge, with one point of contact for the whole fit-out.
