Yes. The Kube arrives flat packed and a Norge crew builds it at your place in one visit. That build is inside the price. The one thing that is not is the electrical outlet, which is your licensed electrician’s work and cost, and it goes in before build day.

It comes in three sizes. Externally the two person is 1440 by 1440 by 2000 mm (2.07 m²), the four person 1880 by 1880 by 2000 mm (3.53 m²) and the six person 2200 by 2200 by 2200 mm (4.84 m²). Each needs 2.5 metres of overhead clearance. Floor area alone is not enough. Clearances around the cabin are confirmed in your pre-installation pack.

Almost always, because it arrives flat packed rather than as a built cabin. On the six person the widest single piece is the 2200 by 2200 mm rear panel; on the two and four person the largest panel is confirmed at your consult. Tell us your narrowest access point and we will tell you straight.

A timber deck should be assessed against AS 1170.1 by your builder or a structural engineer before install. Tell us about your deck at the consult and we will tell you what it needs, with a site visit where one is called for.

A prepared, level pad. The crew sets the floor out on it and everything above is squared off that plane, which is why we ask about it before you buy rather than on the day.

Yes. What your particular space needs is confirmed at the consult.

A dedicated circuit direct from the switchboard to the cabin’s pre-wired plug: 32 A on the two person, with its rating confirmed at your consult, 40 A on the four person and 50 A on the six person. The two and four person run on 230 V single phase. The six person supply, its interlocked maximum draw and the supply cables for every size are confirmed at your consult. Add a 30 mA Type A RCD, an IP56 outlet outdoors and an isolating switch at the cabin. The full list for your electrician is on the Kube page.

No, by design. The stove and the infrared are interlocked, so only one system draws power at a time and the cabin runs the larger of the two. It is also why the connection is sized for the larger system, not for both together.

Your licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000. The certificate is theirs. Norge does not arrange, supervise or certify site electrical work. The cabin arrives wired to its plug and tested; your electrician installs one outlet and plugs it in.

One visit of three to four hours by a Norge crew. Commissioning happens after your electrician’s certificate is in hand.

Clear access to the position, the pad, and the electrical outlet installed and certified. The stones are loaded at commissioning, not shipped inside the cabin, because nobody should carry that weight twice.

Traditional heats the air: a Harvia Cilindro stove sized to each cabin, 6.8 kW on the two person and 9 kW on the four person, hottest at the ceiling, coolest at the floor. Far infrared heats you and the timber: 7, 14 or 17 Incoloy far infrared elements by size, 400 W each, landing on whatever is in line of sight while the air stays much cooler. They feel nothing alike.

Yes. One 2 in 1 WiFi touchscreen with Norge’s own interface runs both the traditional heater and the infrared, on every size, and because it is on your WiFi you can start the cabin remotely.

Chromotherapy cove lighting and a starlight ceiling are included on every size: 25 points on the two person and 30 on the four person, with the six person confirmed at your consult.

One five year warranty on everything, running from the earlier of installation or delivery. It covers the heating systems, internal electrical components, control systems, structural timber and integrated functional hardware, with labour, parts and standard freight on an accepted claim. It is for the original purchaser and for residential use, unless commercial use is agreed in writing. Third-party components such as the Harvia stove carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we help with those claims. The N-02 carries the same five years across the chassis, chiller compressor, heating element, control panel and ozone generator. The full terms in writing form part of the purchase agreement.
