Do I need an electrician or a plumber?
No. The N-03 plugs into a standard household outlet: 240 V in Australia, 110-120 V in the United States. There is no plumbing and no installation; one insulated hose hooks over the rim of the tub.
Which tubs does it work with?
Any tub with a rim the insulated hose can hook over: a bath, a stock tank, an inflatable or a commercial plunge. The N-03 has no tub attached, so it works with whatever you already own.
How is it delivered?
In Australia the N-03 is supplied and supported by Norge, Adelaide, and delivery dates are agreed at your consult. In the United States shipping is a flat US$299 to the contiguous United States, and the unit is supplied as the 110-120 V version.
How do I keep the water clean?
The N-03 filters and circulates the water, and its built-in in-line filter canister keeps the water clear between sessions.
What is the warranty?
