The cold, measured.
One cool down figure for the N-02: about 300 L of water taken from 20 °C to 3 °C in roughly 3.5 hours, in a 25 °C room, on a 1 HP, 3 kW chiller. Those are the two measured points. The curve between them is indicative, not a measured trace.

The evidence
Why cold.
Mostly small, short studies in healthy adults. A calmer stress response and better sleep held up when the studies were pooled. Longer life has not been shown.
Cold water teaches your body to meet stress calmly, and most people feel sharper for hours after. The long-term evidence is thinner than for heat, and we say so.
Used after the sauna, it completes the session. Keep it short, enter slowly, and bring the temperature down over weeks rather than days.

Footprint
Fits where a cabin cannot.
The N-02 stands upright, so its footprint is about the size of a single shower base: 1130 by 780 mm, 1830 mm tall, 76 kg before water. It goes where a sauna cabin never could. Three things to check before it arrives.

Clear floor. A 1130 mm by 780 mm patch, 1830 mm tall. Room to step in from one long side.
Balcony. A balcony asks the floor loading question; put it to your builder or body corporate.
Bathroom. The natural home: a floor waste for the gravity drain and a power point already there. Check the 1830 mm height clears the ceiling on the way in.
Garage. A slab, a power point, a drain or a hose to one. It runs in ambient down to -10 °C, so an unheated garage is within range.
Deck. Roughly 376 kg filled, standing on timber. Ask what the bearers are rated for before it arrives.
Courtyard. IPX4 rated and marine grade stainless steel. It needs an outdoor power point and somewhere for roughly 300 L to drain.
Water
The water takes care of itself.
A 120 W pump moves the water through two stages of filtration, 20 micron then 40 mesh, and an integrated ozone steriliser, and back to the tank. Emptying it is gravity through a 1 inch drain.

How often do I change the water?
The water is filtered at 20 micron and 40 mesh, sterilised by integrated ozone and circulated by a 120 W pump. How often you change it depends on use; ask us at your consult.
What does it cost to run?

For most healthy adults, yes. Start warmer than you think, enter slowly, keep it short, and never plunge alone when you are new to it. If you have a heart condition or high blood pressure, speak with your doctor first.
