What is actually included in the price?
The Kube is from $14,995 and the Norge N-02 is $8,799, and both prices include GST. Delivery and installation are free within 50 km of a capital city centre. Thinking about both? Ask about the pair at your consult. No hidden line items at checkout.
What does delivery cost outside metro?
Distance bands from the nearest capital: $650, $850, $1,200 or $1,800 depending on how far out you are, shown at checkout. Use the postcode check at the top of this page for your answer in two seconds.
What power do I need?
The Kube needs a dedicated circuit from your switchboard to its pre-wired plug, 32 A, 40 A or 50 A by size, put in by your licensed electrician before build day. The site consult confirms the run and the switchboard before anything is ordered. The N-02 plugs into a standard 10 A power point and drains by gravity.
How is it installed?
The Kube arrives flat packed as eight assemblies and is built on site by a Norge crew in a single visit. You do not coordinate trades or manage anything on the day. In-stock units typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks. Pre-order timing confirmed at consultation.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Pay in full, or spread it through the instalment providers offered at checkout. Ask us if you want to talk it through first.
Who you will actually talk to
Aussie and Xavi. That is it, that is the list. Not a call centre, not a chatbot pretending to be human. The same two people who will be there after your install, not just before your payment.
