Norge Sauna – Returns & Refunds
At Norge, we stand by the quality of our saunas and wellness products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (e.g. special orders, personalised items)

Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, just ask.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your original item (once accepted) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with all tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
