The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Norge Sauna Co, Pty Ltd (“Norge”). Norge operates this website and online store to offer you a curated wellness shopping experience (the “Services”). Norge uses Shopify to power our online store and enable secure transactions.

We do our best to describe our products accurately, but colours, finishes or dimensions may appear differently on your device. We can’t guarantee your sauna will look exactly as it appears on your screen.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion.
3. Orders
When you place an order, it’s an offer to buy. We may accept or decline your order at our sole discretion. Once payment is received and processed, we will confirm your order by email.
Please check your order carefully before confirming. After acceptance, cancellations may not be possible. If we can’t accept or need to change your order, we’ll do our best to notify you.
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing, you confirm your order is for personal use only and not for resale.
4. Prices & Billing
Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price, excluding shipping, handling, customs, or import duties unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure your payment and account details are current and accurate. You warrant that any payment method you use is valid, authorised, and will be honoured by your bank or card issuer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We’re not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when your order is handed to the carrier.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including our name, logo, imagery, text, designs and trademarks, is owned by Norge or our licensors and protected by Australian and international IP laws.
You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not copy, reproduce or exploit any part of our site or content without our written consent.

We may offer access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties or support. Your use is entirely at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

9. Relationship with Shopify
Norge is powered by Shopify. However, your purchases are with us directly. Shopify does not handle our orders, fulfilment or returns. You release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with Norge.

Your privacy matters. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As our store runs on Shopify, some data is processed by Shopify or other partners. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Feedback
If you submit any suggestions, reviews, or feedback, you grant Norge a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for any purpose, including marketing and improvement of our Services.

We do our best to provide up-to-date and accurate information, but occasionally errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, change details or cancel orders if necessary.
